Introduction
Welcome to use the Puppy Remote Control software and service (hereinafter referred to as "this service")! To use this service, the terms of your significant rights and interests will be highlighted in bold for your special attention.
The Puppy Remote Control is provided by Beijing Qingfeng Xingyu Technology Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Qingfeng Xingyu"). Relying on ByteDance's large model services and other large language models, it is based on cross-knowledge domain and natural language understanding capabilities, and through productized functions and interfaces A large language model product that understands the text, voice, files, images, key operations and other instructions input by users and performs tasks.
This agreement is the one signed by you and Qingfeng Xingyu regarding your use of this service. By checking, clicking to confirm, registering, logging in, using or otherwise expressly or implicitly indicating your acceptance of this agreement, you shall be deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree with this agreement, you may stop using this service. If you are under 18 years old, please read and determine whether you agree to this agreement under the supervision and accompaniment of your guardian, and use this service under the guidance of your guardian. In addition, please pay special attention to the terms and conditions for the use of minors. This agreement includes the main text of the agreement and various service rules related to this service. We may adjust this agreement or service rules in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, changes in service content, and other circumstances. Such adjustments will be publicly displayed on the website (or through push notifications, pop-up Windows, or other legal means). You can view the latest version of the agreement on the relevant page. If you continue to use this service after the agreement is adjusted, it indicates that you have agreed to the modified content. If you do not accept the adjusted agreement, you can stop using this service.
1. Regarding this Service
1.1 Service Scope: We use mobile applications (including different versions) to provide services to users through continuously enriched functional interfaces. The specific details are subject to the information we release.
1.2 Service Purpose: The generated content of this service is produced by large language model technology and does not represent the position of the service provider. If it involves situations that may have a significant impact on you or related parties (such as legal, medical, financial and other related professional scenarios or fields), this service cannot replace professionals providing answers to you. The relevant content is for your reference only. The judgment you make based on the generated content or the subsequent related operation actions you take accordingly shall be borne by you in accordance with the law. Please use this service prudently, rationally and in accordance with the law.
1.3 Service Rules: These refer to the service terms, rules, explanations, standards, etc. that involve the service content, service level, technical specifications, operation documents, billing standards, etc. of this service. The service rules are subject to the content displayed on the relevant pages of this service. Please understand the service rules in advance and operate according to them to ensure a smooth use of this service.
1.4 Function Updates: To enhance user experience and improve service content, we may update this service or adjust some functions (such as software upgrades, disabling some functions, developing new services, etc.). We will inform you in an appropriate way (such as system prompts, announcements, in-site messages, etc.) that you can choose to use the updated version. If you choose not to update, some functions of this service may be restricted or not work properly.
1.5 Equipment Required for Service: This service requires you to have a compatible and adaptable device terminal and operating system. The device terminal also needs to be able to stably access the network. Otherwise, we may not be able to provide you with the service. You need to prepare the required equipment by yourself and bear the costs. The content and functions of this service may vary or change depending on the terminal model, operating system, etc. you are using.
1.6 Due to the technical characteristics of large language models and artificial intelligence, the content generated by this service is random and cannot guarantee uniqueness. Therefore, you understand and agree that we may output the same or similar generated content to different users, and may also generate different content results for the same content uploaded to this service platform.
2. Account Registration and Management
2.1 Before you use this service, we need you to register an account through your mobile phone number, or select a third-party account displayed on the relevant interface of this service for associated login. If you need to log in with a third-party account, you should ensure that the relevant third-party account you are using has been registered under the real-name system.
2.2 You need to ensure that the registration information you provide is true, accurate, legal and valid, and update it in a timely manner. If you choose to refuse to provide registration information, or if the materials submitted/information provided are inaccurate, untrue, non-standard or we have reason to suspect that the materials are incorrect, false or illegal, you may not be able to obtain this service.
2.3 To ensure the security of your account, please keep your account and password safe. This service account is for your personal use only. You are not allowed to give, borrow, rent, transfer, sell or license others to use the account in any other way. If your account is stolen due to your improper custody, you shall bear the responsibility yourself.
2.4 If your account is stolen, your password is forgotten, or you are unable to log in normally for other reasons, you can appeal through our complaint channels. We need you to provide relevant information; otherwise, we may not be able to recover your account for you. Our response and measures taken should be within a reasonable period of time, and we shall not be held responsible for any losses not caused by us.
3. Your Rights and Obligations
3.1 You have the right to use this service in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
3.2 If you publish or disseminate the content generated by this service to the public, you should clearly indicate in a prominent manner that the output content is generated by artificial intelligence to inform the public of the composition of the content.
3.3 You should use this service in accordance with the law and must not use it to engage in activities that endanger national security and public interests, disrupt economic and social order, or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, such as:
(1) Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
(3) Damaging the honor and interests of the state;
(4) Distorting, defaming, desecrating or denying the deeds and spirit of heroes and martyrs, and infringing upon their names, portraits, reputations or honors by insulting, defaming or other means;
(5) Promoting terrorism or extremism or inciting the implementation of terrorist or extremist activities;
(6) Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination and undermining ethnic unity;
(7) Undermining the state religion
3.4 To prevent the spread of bad information, you must not use or attempt to use this service to generate content involving the following circumstances:
(1) Using exaggerated titles where the content is seriously inconsistent with the title;
(2) Those who hype up rumors, scandals, misdeeds, etc.
(3) Making inappropriate comments on natural disasters, major accidents and other calamities;
(4) Containing sexual innuendo, sexual teasing or other elements that are likely to evoke sexual associations in people;
(5) Showing bloodiness, horror, cruelty or other elements that cause physical and mental discomfort to people;
(6) Inciting discrimination among the masses, regional discrimination, etc.
(7) Promoting vulgar, mediocre or kitsch content;
(8) Information content that may cause minors to imitate unsafe behaviors and violations of social morality, induce minors to develop bad habits, or may infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of minors or harm their physical and mental health;
(9) Inciting illegal assemblies, associations, processions, demonstrations or gatherings to disrupt social order;
(10) Operating under the name of an illegal non-governmental organization;
(11) Other content that has a negative impact on the online ecosystem.
3.5 To safeguard the legitimate interests of us and other users, you should be cautious not to use or attempt to use technical measures or other means to engage in the following behaviors:
(1) Delete, tamper with or conceal the identifiers of the AI-generated content that we have marked (including the prominent identifiers visible to the naked eye on the generated content and the concealed identifiers implanted in the metadata files of the generated content through specific technical means);
(2) Disassemble, decompile, translate or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying components of the service model, algorithm and system of this service and its dependent programs, software, information, data, algorithms and models;
(3) Use automated or programmed methods to extract data from this service, for example, by oneself or assisting third parties in using "spider" programs, malicious programs or viruses and other forms, measures, programs, tools, etc. used for intruding into the network, interfering with the normal functions and protective measures of the network, to crawl, steal, collect or extract data from this service; By cracking the technical protection measures of this service or by taking improper means that may affect the normal operation of this service to capture, steal, collect or extract data;
(4) Establish a mirror image of the web pages of this service, or use technical means to reproduce or copy this service;
(5) Delete, modify, conceal or otherwise replace the trade names, trademarks, service marks, domain names or other obvious marks of us and our partners that may be included in the provision of this service, and delete the copyright notices, trademark notices or other ownership notices contained in this service;
(6) Other acts that harm Qingfeng Xingyu or other users.
3.6 For the content you upload to this service platform (in this agreement, the content you upload to this service platform includes text as prompt words and other prompt content used to assist this service in generating AI-generated content), you shall ensure that: (1) the uploaded content does not violate this agreement; (2) The uploaded content is your own or you have obtained sufficient, necessary and valid legal permission and authorization from the rights holders involved in the uploaded content, and does not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties (such as intellectual property rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, trade secrets and other legitimate rights and interests); No content that infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties shall be generated by this service through prompt words or other means. (3) If the content you upload involves personal information, please ensure that you have obtained the informed consent of the relevant personal information subject (for sensitive personal information, separate consent should be obtained).
3.7 You are not allowed to obtain and use this service at a frequency beyond the normal range, or attempt to use this service abnormally by forging clicks, making false requests or other technical means, or by registering a large number of accounts, using false identity proofs to register accounts, etc.
3.8 Please have a scientific and rational understanding and use this service in accordance with the law. If you are a minor, please use this service only with the consent of your guardian. Do not overly rely on or become addicted to using this service.
4. Our Rights and Obligations
4.1 We will ensure the normal operation of this service based on the existing technology and strive to enhance and improve the technology to enable users' usage activities to proceed smoothly. We will, in accordance with the principle of honesty and good faith, provide users with safe, stable and continuous services to ensure their normal use.
4.2 We reserve the right to handle your violations of laws, regulations or this agreement, such as taking measures like issuing warnings, suspending services, restricting usage, banning accounts, terminating services, and deleting illegal and non-compliant content, and to cooperate with relevant departments in handling the matter in accordance with the law.
4.3 We reserve the right to review the account information you submit. If we find that your account may be involved in fraud or other abnormal situations or risks, we have the right to re-verify your account and, depending on the risk situation, take measures such as setting a time limit for rectification, restricting functions, suspending use, closing the account, prohibiting re-registration, and other handling measures stipulated in this agreement. If any clues or risk information related to fraud or other criminal activities are discovered, we have the right to transfer them to the public security, finance, telecommunications, cyberspace administration and other departments in accordance with relevant national regulations based on the type and degree of fraud risks.
4.4 We will actively take effective measures to fulfill all obligations stipulated by applicable laws and regulations.
4.5 We will take strict protective measures for your data to ensure its security and integrity to the greatest extent and prevent your data from being illegally accessed or used for other purposes.
4.6 We will add AI-generated identifiers to the generated content in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations (including explicit watermark identifiers visible to the naked eye on the generated content and implicit watermark identifiers implanted in the generated content meta files through specific technical means, which cannot be directly perceived by humans but can be extracted from the content through technical means).
4.7 We will accept the supervision of users and the public, and comply with the inspection and opinions of the national authorities. If any violation of laws, regulations or this agreement occurs during the operation of this service, we will promptly take reasonable measures such as stopping generation, stopping transmission, eliminating the non-compliant content, and correcting the algorithm model.
5. Intellectual Property Rights and Other Rights
5.1 Qingfeng Xingyu is the rights holder of the programs, software, algorithms, models and other contents with intellectual property rights that this service relies on. The copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights of this service are all protected by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and corresponding international treaties. Qingfeng Xingyu legally enjoys the above-mentioned relevant intellectual property rights, except for the rights that the relevant right holders should enjoy in accordance with the law. The copyright or trademark rights of the "Little Dog Remote Control" icon and LOGO and other commercial marks used by Qingfeng Xingyu in this service belong to Qingfeng Xingyu.
5.2 Without the written consent of Qingfeng Xingyu or the relevant rights holders, you shall not implement, utilize or transfer the above-mentioned intellectual property rights by yourself or permit a third party to do so.
5.3 The content you upload to this service platform and the content generated by your use of this service are owned by you or the right holders who legally enjoy the intellectual property rights. Your use of this service will not affect the ownership of the rights to the aforementioned content and the content generated by this service. Please note to abide by relevant laws and regulations when using the aforementioned content.
5.4 For the content you upload to this service platform and the content generated by your use of this service, we will not use the aforementioned content for model optimization unless you activate the "Experience Optimization Plan". If you voluntarily join our experience optimization program to help improve and optimize this service, you agree to grant Qingfeng Xingyu a free, non-exclusive license worldwide to process the aforementioned content. You can adjust the aforementioned authorization at any time through "Settings - Data Management - Experience Optimization Plan". After disabling the "Experience Optimization Plan", the content you upload and generate using this service in the future will not be used for model optimization.
5.5 Please note that the rights to the content generated based on this service are maintained by you and used after your independent judgment. Any problems arising from the creation and use of the generated content shall be handled by you.
5.6 We respect the intellectual property rights and other legitimate rights and interests of the right holders, and actively take effective measures to protect the intellectual property rights and other legitimate rights and interests of others. If the right holders of intellectual property rights or other interests believe that this service infringes upon their legitimate rights and interests, they may report or complain through the channels stipulated in Article 9 (Complaint and Reporting of Illegal Information) of this agreement, provide your opinions to us, and offer corresponding supporting materials. We will attach great importance to your opinion and take legal measures to handle it.
6. User Personal Information
6.1 Protecting users' personal information is a fundamental principle of Tencent, and we will take measures to safeguard users' personal information. Except for the circumstances stipulated by law, we will not disclose users' personal information to any third party without their permission. We store and transmit users' personal information in an encrypted manner to ensure its security.
6.2 We will store the personal information of users collected within the territory of the People's Republic of China within the territory of the People's Republic of China in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations. We will not provide your personal information to overseas parties unless we obtain your separate consent, or to fulfill the contract we have entered into with you, or to comply with the obligations stipulated by laws and regulations.

7. Liability for Breach of Contract and Limitation of Liability
7.1 You fully understand and agree that you are responsible for your own use of this service and the consequences arising therefrom, and you should independently judge the content you come into contact with when using this service, including the risks arising from reliance on the accuracy, completeness or practicality of the content.
7.2 If any claim, demand or loss is made by a third party due to your violation of this agreement, you shall be independently responsible. If Qingfeng Xingyu suffers any losses as a result, you should also compensate for them.
7.3 If your violation of laws, regulations or the terms of this agreement causes us losses, or if you interfere with the operation of this service, or interfere with other users' use of this service, we have the right to claim compensation from you.
7.4 This service fulfills the basic guarantee obligations in accordance with the law. Within the scope permitted by law, Qingfeng Xingyu shall not be held responsible for the service interruption or impact caused by the following circumstances: (1) Force majeure factors such as natural disasters, strikes, riots, wars, government actions, and judicial administrative orders; (2) Maintenance of the hardware and software involved in this service, or malfunctions due to various factors; (3) Due to public service factors such as power supply failures, communication network failures, or factors of a third party. 7.5 We are committed to providing safe, stable and continuous services to ensure the normal use of users. You understand and agree that despite our best efforts, due to the limitations of the development of large model technology, we cannot fully guarantee:
(1) This service or algorithm model will meet your actual or specific needs or purposes;
(2) This service or algorithm model is 100% accurate and reliable, functionally available, continuously stable, and free from faults.
(3) The large language models and related technologies relied upon by this service can fully understand the content input by users just like humans do. You understand that they may not be able to detect potential risks and ethical issues in your input or the content generated by this service.
(4) The authenticity, completeness, accuracy, timeliness and practicality of the generated content;
(5) The generated content should not have any flaws, false content or unreasonable content that causes discomfort to users. In view of this, please carefully distinguish the content generated by this service and make rational judgments based on your actual situation. Please use this service prudently, rationally and in accordance with the law.
7.6 Unless otherwise stated on the relevant interface of this service, or agreed upon by you and us, or explicitly stipulated by law, we shall not be liable for any damages you may suffer as a result of using this service.
8. Third-party software, products or services
8.1 This service may include third-party software, products or services. Qingfeng Xingyu and the third parties shall each bear their respective responsibilities within the scope prescribed by laws and regulations. When you use third-party software, products or services, you should abide by the relevant requirements of the third party. Otherwise, the third party or the state authorities may file a lawsuit against you, impose fines or take other sanctions, and request assistance from Qingfeng Xingyu. You shall bear the legal responsibility on your own.
8.2 The content generated by this service may contain links to third-party websites. Such links are only provided for your convenience of access. Your visit to third-party websites and subsequent operations have nothing to do with us, and we are not responsible for the content or services of third-party websites. Please visit with caution, carefully review its agreements or documents and protect your information and property security.
9. Complaints and Reports of Violations
9.1 If you find that this service or the content generated by this service violates laws and regulations, Internet or cultural management policies, social public order and good customs, or affects the normal operation of society, or infringes upon your legitimate rights and interests (such as intellectual property rights, personal information, portrait rights, reputation rights, etc.), please contact us at any time to file a complaint or report. We will verify and confirm as soon as possible. If we find that the situation you have complained about or reported indeed exists, we will take reasonable measures in accordance with the law, such as stopping generation, stopping transmission, eliminating the illegal content, and correcting the algorithm model, and reply to you. Generally speaking, after we receive your complaint or report, the time for verification and feedback will not exceed 15 days. If we find that there are situations that require further verification, we will also promptly communicate with you about the current handling situation first.
9.2 If required by laws and regulations, we will report to the relevant authorities any problems we discover in this service or the content generated by this service.

10. Service Changes and Termination

10.2 This agreement shall be automatically terminated or dissolved in the event of the following circumstances:
(1) We cease providing this service.
(2) Either we or you cease to exist or no longer have the status of a civil legal subject due to reasons such as organizational dissolution, bankruptcy, liquidation, etc.
(3) If you propose to cancel your account and it is approved by us, or if you stop receiving this service in any other way.
11. Tips for Minors' Use
11.1 This service is mainly provided for adults. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should, under the supervision and guidance of your guardian and with the consent of your guardian, carefully read and agree to this agreement before using this service.

12. Application of Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 The conclusion, performance, interpretation of this Agreement and the settlement of disputes shall be governed by the laws of China and be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of China. 12.2 In the event of any dispute between the two parties regarding the content of this agreement or its execution, both parties shall strive to resolve it through friendly consultation. If the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the court where Qingfeng Xingyu is located.

14. Others
14.1 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the matters set forth herein and other related matters. Except as provided herein, no other rights are granted to the parties to this agreement. 14.2 If any provision of this Agreement is for any reason wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain valid and binding.
